What does the Course cover?
After attending Respect in the Workplace employees will be able to:
- Identify Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace
- Understand the legislative framework surrounding behaviours in the workplace and their personal responsibilities
- Know what to do if they are being bullied or if they see it happening to someone else
- Understand the consequences for anyone engaging in Harassment and the Bullying in the workplace
- Understand Reasonable Management Action and legitimate performance management

- Define and Identify Workplace Harassment and Bullying
- Legislative Framework, liability and cost of conflict
- The difference between performance management and Bullying Strategies and reporting
