What does the Course cover?

After attending Respect in the Workplace employees will be able to:

  • Identify Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace
  • Understand the legislative framework surrounding behaviours in the workplace and their personal responsibilities
  • Know what to do if they are being bullied or if they see it happening to someone else
  • Understand the consequences for anyone engaging in Harassment and the Bullying in the workplace
  • Understand Reasonable Management Action and legitimate performance management

  • Define and Identify Workplace Harassment and Bullying
  • Legislative Framework, liability and cost of conflict
  • The difference between performance management and Bullying Strategies and reporting
